Client told me my extractions were too aggressive

This lady in her 50s came in last Tuesday and told me I was leaving marks that took 3 days to heal. Made me really look at my pressure. I switched to doing wet extractions with a looser grip and stopped digging. Has anyone else had to completely back off their technique because of feedback?

Bought a password manager last year thinking it would fix all my login problems. Paid $30 for a year subscription. Turned out the free version of my browser does the same thing.
