Guy at the restaurant supply store on 4th told me my sheet pans were 'sad' and pulled a stack off the back shelf for me
I was in there last Tuesday grabbing a 12 dollar half sheet and he tapped the corner of mine, said it was too thin to survive a real oven, and handed me a heavier stack he keeps in back for people he likes, so now I want to know what else the back shelf is hiding from me.
