I finally learned to keep a spare shutoff valve after the dishwasher line popped at Rudy's Diner
The supply line under the sink let go during the Saturday rush and we had 2 inches of water heading for the dining room, so I killed the main and we finished service with buckets and a borrowed wet vac. Anybody else keep a spare valve and hose kit on the truck just for this, or is it overkill?
