Balayage techniques are becoming too complex for everyday clients.

Spending hours on a look that fades in weeks feels pointless. Clients expect perfection without the upkeep.

That "subtle art got lost in two washes" thing is everywhere now. We pay extra for complex details that daily life just wears down too fast. Makes you wonder why we bother.

Heard my friend Lucy complain for months after her fancy balayage. She sat in the salon for five hours and paid a ton, but it just looked muddy when it grew out. She said all that subtle art got lost in two washes, and she couldn't afford the touch ups. Totally burned her on the whole idea.

Did hearing about Lucy's experience make you rethink balayage too? I totally get it now, I used to be all about that look until my cousin had the same thing happen. Seeing how fast it faded and how much she spent on fixes really showed me it's not worth the hassle for most people.
