Can we talk about hitting 50 repeat clients and wondering if I price myself too low?
I hit 50 regulars at my chair in Sacramento after about 14 months, and half of them are people I charged $25 for a basic cut when I started. Part of me thinks loyalty like that is worth keeping prices gentle, but the other part looks at my books and wonders if I'm leaving money on the table. Curious how you all handle price bumps with clients who've been with you since day one, do you grandfather them in or raise everyone together?
