My aunt said needle felted pets would sell at the Tacoma flea market, and she was dead wrong
I spent 3 weekends making 12 little felted dogs and cats because my aunt swore they would sell at the Tacoma flea market. I paid $60 for wool and foam and got a booth spot for $25. Out of 12 pieces I sold 2, both to the same lady, and I made $18 total. She keeps saying I just picked a bad weekend but she has never sold anything herself. Has anyone figured out if pet stuff really sells at flea markets or is that just what family tells you to be nice?
