Old price list made me rethink my whole approach

Found a price list my mom kept from her craft fair days in Portland back in 2004. She was selling handmade soap for $3 a bar and still made rent on a 2 bedroom apartment. Looking at my current costs for supplies and the local market here in 2025, I wonder if we've overcomplicated things with fancy packaging and online ads. Has anyone else gone back to simpler pricing and seen their sales actually get better?
