Sold 40 jars of jam at the Salem flea market and made $12
Spent about $70 on berries and jars for my first flea market stall at the Salem fairgrounds and walked away with $12 profit after the $25 booth fee. Turns out people sample three jars, say it's delicious, then buy the $3 candle from the table next to me. My costs were way off because I never counted the pectin, labels, or the gas to get there. Anyone else do a market where the foot traffic just does not match what they buy?
