TIL most Etsy sellers make under $100 a month, and I found that out the hard way
I read a report from the craft business site last week that said the typical seller clears around $75 a month. That stung because my crochet totes made $62 in March after I paid for yarn from the shop down the road in Beaverton. I thought my slow sales meant I was doing something wrong, but it turns out I was just normal. Now I'm wondering if I should aim for fewer, bigger items or just keep posting and hope. What did your first few months actually bring in?
