Update: I priced my sourdough at $9 a loaf and lost 3 regulars, no regrets
Three weeks ago I bumped my Saturday loaves from $6 to $9 at the Cedar Park farmers market because flour and butter were eating my whole margin. Two of the folks who complained came back the next week anyway, and the third one bakes her own now, so it sort of worked out. Curious if anyone else here has raised prices and had it blow up in their face, or did it end up being fine?
