That image of staff still wiping down carousel horses nobody rides anymore is haunting in the best way. It makes you wonder if the whole mall is just being kept on life support by one maintenance guy who refuses to let it go.

Wait, they made you pay a $100 diagnostic fee on a warranty repair? That seems wild to me, like if the repair is covered under warranty why are you paying anything at all. I get that shops charge a diag fee for stuff that is not covered, but tacking it on after they already told you the powertrain warranty had it is just shady. No wonder you had to go stand in the service manager's office to get anything done.
