Been rating everything I watch on a 1 to 10 scale in my phone notes for 8 months and it fixed my movie nights
My wife and I could never agree on what to watch because we'd both say "I liked it" about stuff we forgot a week later, so now we rate every movie right after the credits and our average is a 6.4, which finally tells us we keep picking the same mid comedies, so has anyone else tried scoring stuff right away instead of trusting your memory?
I always figured rating stuff right after was overkill and my memory was good enough. Then my girlfriend and I did the same thing for a month and turns out we were stuck in the exact same loop, just endless okay movies. Seeing that 6.3 average in my notes hit different, made me admit we were the problem, not the streaming apps.
