Had a record week finding clearance deals at Target last month

I usually have pretty average luck with clearance racks, but last month I hit some kind of jackpot. Over the course of one week I found four different items - a slow cooker, a set of sheets, a small rug, and a handheld vacuum - all marked down over 70 percent each. The slow cooker was originally $60 and I got it for $12. I still don't know if it was a pricing error or what, but I went back three days in a row and kept finding more. Has anyone else ever had a week like that where everything just lined up?

Huh, that slow cooker was probably $15 not $12 since Target usually rounds down clearance prices...

Yeah I totally see what you're getting at. Target's clearance pricing is always a little weird like that, where things sit at $15 for ages before they finally hit that $12 mark or just vanish. I feel like they purposely do the $0.97 endings to mess with your head too, making you think it's more of a deal than it actually is. Maybe it's just me but I swear they have a whole algorithm for when to drop things by a dollar at a time.
