That $80 Procreate brush pack was a total dud
Bought a premium brush set from an artist on Gumroad last month thinking it would save me hours. Every single brush lagged my iPad and left weird pixel edges. Anyone else get burned by fancier brush packs that just don't work?

Laggy brushes are the absolute worst.

Switched to a smaller brush size and turned off pressure sensitivity in the settings. Made a huge difference for me, the lag basically disappeared. Also tried flattening some layers before using the brush if the file was getting too heavy. Sometimes just closing other programs running in the background helped too.
