Appreciation post: the 2 minute rule finally clicked after 2 months of ignoring it
I kept seeing people swear by the 2 minute rule for inbox cleanup and honestly thought it was too simple to matter. Last Tuesday I had 47 unread emails stacking up and tried it just on the junk ones, archive, delete, quick reply. Turns out doing tiny tasks right away stops the pile from becoming a mountain, so I cleared 112 emails in one sitting by the weekend. Anyone else find that the boring basic tips are the ones that actually stick around?
