Just hit 1,000 unread emails and had a small breakdown

Opened my inbox after ignoring it for 6 months and saw 1,003 messages staring back at me, most of them newsletters I signed up for during lockdown boredom. How do you guys actually keep up with this stuff without just deleting everything and starting fresh?
