Realized my phone was a time thief after deleting two apps last Tuesday
I deleted Instagram and Reddit off my phone last Tuesday and suddenly had 2 extra hours each evening. It was like that old saying about how you don't notice clutter until it's gone - those apps were just eating my mental space without me even realizing it. Has anyone else found that just removing one or two apps made a huge dent in your screen time?

Those two hours you got back really hit me. I started noticing that same thing with my morning coffee routine last month. I used to scroll for like 20 minutes before even looking up, and now I just sit there and drink it in five. Its like we let these little digital habits pile up without seeing how they steal the small stuff. Once you clear out one or two time wasters, you start seeing the quiet moments everywhere that were getting eaten up. Its a good reminder that a lot of our time just gets swallowed by stuff we dont even think about.

Right there with you on that, @wright.taylor, especially the part about the coffee routine. I had to set a phone timer for my morning coffee to stop myself from grabbing it and getting sucked into emails, and now I actually taste the damn thing.
You're spot on about those quiet moments getting eaten up without us noticing.
