Am I the only one who noticed GameStop is selling used Switches with sketchy thermal paste jobs?

I stopped by the one on Broadway last weekend and checked out a refurbished Switch Lite - the screws were stripped and there was crusty white paste leaking out the vents. Has anyone else seen this with their pre-owned consoles?

Man I’ve bought three used Switches from GameStop over the years and they all worked fine even with some dust in the vents. Maybe you just got unlucky with one bad unit.

I actually saw a breakdown somewhere that said GameStop's refurb process is pretty solid since they test everything before putting it out. Sounds like you lucked out with three good ones in a row.
