Just hit 200 display repairs solo, and that win rate is scaring me

So I've been fixing phones from my garage as a side thing for about 18 months now. Last week I finished my 200th screen swap and realized my success rate is 94%, but the 12 failures are all from the same mistake: rushing the adhesive cure time. I started timing myself with a kitchen timer instead of guessing, and those 20 extra minutes per job changed everything. Has anyone else tracked their repair stats and found one specific step causing most of their damage?
