Almost got scammed on those 'discount' meat bundles at Food Lion

I saw a sign at my Food Lion in Greenville for a 'family value pack' of steaks for $35, seemed like a great deal. Got home and opened it up to find they had crammed in half fat and gristle, basically threw $20 down the drain. Double check those packages before you buy, people, or you'll be eating stir fry for a week. Anyone else get burned by those prepacked meat deals?
