The Day I Found A Whole Rotisserie Chicken Hidden Behind The Cereal
Last Wednesday at the Kroger on Elm Street, I found a full rotisserie chicken just sitting behind a box of Cheerios, still warm and everything. Somebody must have changed their mind mid trip and just stuffed it there instead of walking 20 feet back to the hot case. Has anyone else found random hot food items abandoned in weird aisles?

see I gotta disagree with you @adam_robinson, finding a warm rotisserie chicken behind the cereal is like a gift from the grocery store gods. I'd check the temp with my palm, if it was still hot I'd toss it in my cart and eat it for dinner that night. People overthink this stuff, it's not like it was sitting there for hours, probably some guy's kid started screaming and he just stashed it. Last month I found a whole unopened bag of tortilla chips under a display of toilet paper and I ate those things for a week no problem.

Oh man that's hilarious, I found a half-eaten slice of pizza behind the canned beans once lmao. Did you check the temperature on it or just immediately nope out of there? I gotta know if you were tempted to grab it or if the "behind the cereal" thing killed the appetite.
