Spent $350 on a moisture meter for a big glue-down job and it saved the whole project.

Oh man, that's the right tool making all the difference!

Take the $350 and put it toward a few more hours of prep work instead... I've done plenty of glue-down jobs with just a $30 floor probe and a simple calcium chloride test kit. Never had a failure. That meter is nice but way overkill for most jobs.

Worth every penny. A bad moisture reading can ruin a floor in weeks. That tool pays for itself the first time it stops a callback. You ever use one before?
