I finally stopped forcing my bridal bouquets into tight rounds

For years in my Seattle shop, I made every bridal bouquet a perfect, dense round shape because that's what I was taught. Last spring, a bride brought in a photo of a loose, garden-style bouquet and I decided to try it, even though it felt messy. The change let me use more seasonal, local stems and actually saved me about 15 minutes per bouquet on wiring. What's your take on structured versus loose bouquet styles for weddings?

That 15-minute time saving sounds like a game changer.

Actually, those loose styles can take more time to arrange well, not less. The time save probably comes from skipping the wiring.

Loose bouquets look more romantic and natural, in my opinion.
