It bugs me how 'The Storyteller' isn't available to stream anymore.

I loved watching 'The Storyteller' as a kid. My favorite part was the episode where the moon falls in love. The puppetry was so creative and the stories felt magical. But lately, I tried to show it to my niece and couldn't find it on any service. It's not on Netflix, Hulu, or even for purchase in good quality. This makes me sad because these shows are part of our TV history. They should be kept alive for new audiences.

Yeah, it really bugs me too. Our streaming libraries are somehow both endless and missing all the priceless, magical stuff. It's like a digital black hole for good childhood memories.

When you mentioned these shows are part of our TV history, it really stuck with me. I used to just assume (naively, maybe) that anything from back then would always be online and easy to pull up. But hearing how you couldn't find The Storyteller for your niece completely shifted my thinking on that. Like @nina147 said, it's like a digital black hole for the good stuff, which is honestly pretty depressing. It just shows we can't take any of it for granted before it's gone for good.

Honestly I get it but I'm not that worried lol. Most of that stuff is still out there if you look in the right places, just not on the big streaming apps.
