Can we talk about those fancy produce saver containers?
I mean, I dropped about $35 on a set of those clear containers that are supposed to keep greens fresh for weeks. Last week I put a bag of spinach in one, and it turned to slime in like, four days. I followed the instructions and everything, washed and dried the leaves first. Maybe it's just me, but my old plastic bag with a paper towel worked better. Has anyone actually had these things work for them, or did I just get a bad brand?

Yeah, those things are hit or miss, honestly just stick with the bag and paper towel.

Riley_price is right, the bag and towel never let you down. My last fancy gadget is still in the box because the instructions looked like a puzzle. Why do they make it so hard to just clean up a spill? I'm back to using my trusty grocery bag, it gets the job done without needing a degree to set it up.

What brand did you get? Tbh, a lot of those containers are just overpriced junk that don't do anything special. I've had the same bad luck with them.
