People keep posting pictures of their perfectly organized fridges

I'm trying to figure out what to cook from half a bell pepper, some old tortillas, and a jar of capers. I don't need to see your color-coded meal prep containers from Sunday. The whole point is to use the weird bits before they go bad. My friend sent me a shot of her empty veggie drawer and asked for ideas, and I just told her to order pizza. How do you guys handle a truly random fridge?

Honestly my fridge is the one organized spot in my whole place. I keep my condiments lined up and my veggies in clear bins. Tbh it feels like a tiny win when everything else is messy.
