Frustrated with gift suggestions for my model railroad
My family keeps asking what I want for my model train set. They buy things that don't match my track scale at all. How do I point them to the right parts without hurting their feelings?

Ugh I feel this! @ryanpatel is right, a detailed list is the only way to go.

Make a specific HO scale wishlist on a site like ModelTrainStuff.com. Write down the exact brand and product number so they can copy it directly. This takes the guesswork out for them and you still get something you can actually use.
