Ever think about how many jobs out there become straight up dangerous when you're tired? Like that bleach thing is scary, but what about operating machinery or driving a delivery truck on no sleep? Your reaction time goes to zero. I started setting a real bedtime alarm after reading stories about people making tiny mistakes with huge costs. What's the closest call you've had at work from being drained?

Used to brush off tiredness as just part of the job... but @the_thea, your point about reaction time really stuck with me. Had a close call once after back-to-back shifts where I nearly dropped a full gallon of paint from the top of a ladder. Now I make sure my crew clocks out on time, no excuses.
