Last month I watched a solo attorney in our town resolve the exact same kind of dispute for under $1,500 with a single letter and a handshake, so why do people keep assuming the big names in the city are always the better choice?
I finally crossed $50k in collections this month and thought I'd feel proud, but instead I'm just tired. After paying for my paralegal and office rent, I'm left with maybe $28k and I'm wondering if hanging my own shingle was worth the stress... Has anyone else hit a milestone like that and felt more drained than excited?
Hey everyone, my wife and I are finally getting around to setting up our will and a family trust. We've narrowed it down to Sullivan Shick and Peterson Law Group. Has anyone used either of these firms for estate planning? Peterson is a bit closer to our house, but Sullivan Shick seems to have better reviews online. Thoughts?
