Thinking about selling my place to a cash buyer. Are local guys like Cash House Closers better to work with than the big national companies you see on TV commercials all the time?

Honestly, going local was a game-changer for me lol. I got quotes from a national company and they lowballed me big time. The local guys actually walked through the house and pointed out stuff I didn't even think about. Everything moved way faster with them and there were no surprise fees at closing. I felt like they were straight with me the whole time. Saved me a ton of stress in the end.

100% better. The national companies use aggressive sales tactics and often try to trap you into bad contracts. I felt way more comfortable dealing with a local team.

Local is definitely the way to go. Cash House Closers knows the NC market inside and out, so they can actually give you a realistic and fair offer quickly. The big brands just guess based on zip codes.
