My coop's waterer was freezing solid every morning until I tried a $5 aquarium heater

Honestly, that aquarium heater trick is a game changer, isn't it? I did the same thing last year after my heated base plate died. Just a cheap little heater in the corner of the bucket and it never iced over. My other big win was using old pool noodles cut to fit around the edges of the nesting boxes. The hens kept kicking out the straw, but the noodles keep it all contained and add a bit of insulation.

Scratching my head over why my code printed 'cat' a hundred times

Read a blog post once about how these off-by-one errors with range are super common. The writer called it a "fencepost problem", like miscounting the posts you need for a fence. Your brain just skips over the logic sometimes. Happens to everyone, but seeing "cat" a hundred times is a pretty funny way to find out. At least it wasn't a silent error that broke something later.

Our team is all over the place, but we still print drafts for review. It's driving me nuts.

But come on, is it REALLY that serious?

Struggled with overload until I color-coded my bujo entries.

Look, I don't just go by feeling alone. I start with simple color rules I read about online. For example, I pick blue for a calm look or red to catch the eye. When I painted my room, I tested samples in daylight and at night. It's more about trying things out than just guessing. What's your take on using color guides?
