The vinegar mop is a game changer for sure. I keep a spray bottle with half apple cider vinegar and half water for chicken, it keeps everything so moist. Actually, Thomas has a point though. The database itself can be the real issue if it's old and messy. Software just reads what's there, so if the data is a wreck, any program will struggle. I've seen it happen where cleaning up the old database files made everything run fine again.
