Shoutout to the pitmaster who shared the vinegar mop recipe at the fair
I tried it and my ribs were amazing. Any other simple mops I should know about?

The vinegar mop is a game changer for sure. I keep a spray bottle with half apple cider vinegar and half water for chicken, it keeps everything so moist. A buddy of mine swears by just cheap cola as a mop for pork shoulder, the sugar helps with bark. You really can't go wrong with keeping it simple like that.
