inTried working from a hostel common area versus a local library in Lisbon for a week. The library was way better.
Honestly used to be all about the hostel vibe for getting work done, thought the background noise was good. Tried it last summer though and it was a mess, people coming and going, someone always trying to chat. The library just has that quiet focus you can't beat. It totally changed my mind on where to post up with a laptop.
