Spent last Saturday swapping out leaf springs on my F-150 in the driveway and only snapped two bolts instead of my usual four
What made it weird was the front passenger side came off without even needing a torch for the first time in three years, has anyone else had a day where everything just lined up like that?

You got a buddy named Mike who's had that happen? He was rebuilding the carb on his '72 C10 and every single screw came out clean. Said he sat there staring at it for five minutes waiting for the other shoe to drop but nope, just a perfect Saturday.

Wait, were you swapping leaf springs on both sides or just the rear? I thought leaf springs were only on the back of F-150s, not the front. The front suspension uses coil springs or torsion bars depending on the year, right? Or did you maybe mean you were replacing something else up front that just happened to go smoothly? Either way, it's wild when a job that normally makes you want to throw your tools across the yard just clicks into place like that.
