Reheating pizza in the air fryer changed my mind about leftovers
I used to think leftover pizza was only good cold or microwaved. But my roommate insisted the air fryer does it better, so I finally tried it last week. I set it to 375 for about 3 minutes. The crust came out crispy again, not soggy at all. The cheese melted perfectly without getting rubbery. I honestly thought it would be a gimmick, but now I won't reheat pizza any other way. Has anyone else had a similar moment where the air fryer surprised you on a classic food?

Oh man, that's hilarious you mentioned that. My buddy Dave was the biggest air fryer skeptic I ever met, swore by the microwave for everything. He finally caved and tried reheating his leftover pepperoni last month, and now he's converting everyone in his family. I swear he texted me a photo of the crispy crust with a caption like "this is a game changer." Now he's trying to air fry everything from chicken wings to cookies. It's like he joined a cult, but honestly, the proof is in the pizza.

You said "proof is in the pizza" and that's exactly what happened with my friend Sarah. She swore air fryers were a waste of counter space until her coworker brought in air fried broccoli at a potluck. She said it was so crispy she thought it was a weird vegetable chip. Now she's air frying everything including chickpeas for snacks and even tried making a whole rotisserie chicken in there. She sent me a video of her boyfriend eating an air fried hot dog with this look of pure joy on his face. Has your buddy Dave tried doing vegetables in his yet or is he still stuck on pizza and wings?

Funny enough, I was the exact same way as your buddy Dave. Got an air fryer as a gift last year and let it sit in the box for like two months because I thought it was just a fancy toaster oven. Finally tried it on some frozen mozzarella sticks and now I can't go back. My microwave just sits there looking lonely while I air fry everything including leftover french fries that were basically sad mush before. What's the weirdest thing you've seen someone try to air fry?
