Binged 12 episodes of a show in one sitting and regretted the hell out of it
Last Saturday I started watching Heavenly Delusion at 9pm. Finished all 12 episodes by 5am. Next day I couldn't remember half the plot points because I was so tired. Learned that binge watching kills the vibe of slower mystery shows. Anyone else ruin a good series by marathonning too fast?

Read somewhere that your brain needs 24 hours to process each episode of a show like that.

Totally been there. Started Dark on a Friday night and by Sunday morning I'd seen all three seasons. Had to rewatch the whole thing a month later cause I was blanking on who everyone was. Slower paced stuff needs space to breathe for sure.
