3 years of repairing washing machines and I still can't fix Samsung's drain pump issue

Last month I spent 2 hours at a house in Akron pulling apart a Samsung washer only to find the same damn drain pump clog that I've seen a dozen times before. Anyone else swear differently every time they see that model number pop up on the dispatch sheet?

Swear I burned more calories cussing at those Samsungs than I did actually fixing them. My therapist says I need to stop taking it personally but here we are.

Oh man, I had a buddy who worked at a repair shop for like six months before he quit. He said there was this one time he swapped a screen on a Samsung A-series phone and it worked perfectly, then when he went to seal it back up the back glass just shattered in his hand for no reason. He told me he just sat there in the back room staring at the wall for a solid five minutes. He swears he saw a ghost that day, but I think it was just the Samsung demons getting their kicks.
