Watched a diner cook in Providence make a whole breakfast on one flat top and now I want to ditch half my pans
Sat at the counter at a place on Broadway in Providence and the cook ran eggs, home fries, and pancakes on one griddle with just a spatula and a squeeze bottle of oil. He never once used a pot or a pan the whole time I was there. Do I really need a cabinet full of nonstick when one good flat surface does the job?
