Used to spend every Saturday morning on lawn care, now I pay someone
Back when I bought my house in Smyrna in 2012, I was out there every Saturday from 8am till noon mowing, edging, blowing, the whole deal. Had a nice John Deere push mower and kept my St. Augustine looking like a golf course. But after my second kid came along in 2018, I just didn't have the time or energy anymore. Now I pay a guy named Carlos $120 a month to handle it all, and honestly my yard looks just as good. Anyone else make the switch from doing it yourself to hiring it out?

Woke up at 3am last week to feed the baby and ended up binge watching a whole season of some random cooking show. Now I'm convinced I could actually pull off making croissants from scratch but my kitchen looks like a flour bomb went off. Kids were walking around with white handprints on everything for days. You ever try to explain to a toddler why daddy looks like a baker ghost?
