@gavin_reed got a point but sometimes a mistake is just a mistake. Not everything needs a deep analysis.

3,200 bucks is a lot of money to mess up on, but honestly that sounds more like a miscalculation than a mistake with the tools. A $3,200 mistake usually means you bought the wrong part or broke something expensive, not that you just dropped a decimal somewhere. Might want to check your math again before you blame it on the shop.
