I finally read my warranty contract line by line and found a $50 deductible I didn't know about
My coworker Dana caught me complaining about a $600 repair bill at lunch in Rochester and asked if I'd checked the deductible on my extended plan. Turns out it was $50 per visit, not $50 total, and I'd been paying out of pocket for two small fixes thinking they weren't covered. Feels silly but calling the plan office and confirming it took 10 minutes and they're mailing me a check for the first one. Anyone else find a surprise clause buried in theirs?
