In 2019 I'd call 5 shops for warranty work, now I just take photos and file online
Back when my old Civic threw a rod at 80k, getting anything covered meant calling around Denver for a shop that would even talk to the warranty company, and half of them hung up. Last time my truck's AC died, I uploaded 3 pics to the claims portal in 10 minutes and had an approval by lunch. Is anyone else's warranty company way easier to deal with now, or did I just get lucky this time?
