How much extra are you making? I started doubling my usual recipe after one too many sad, bare chips. A squeeze of extra lime on top keeps it green through a whole season premiere.

Ran out of chips at a potluck once after making a big bowl of guacamole. Your lime trick, @paige_ellis59, would have helped keep it from browning so fast. We used celery and bell pepper strips to scoop it up instead. Everyone liked the extra crunch from the veggies.

Actually, the acid stops browning, not the juice itself lol.
