That one Tuesday where everything went right in the bindery

Last month I had a day where I finished a full run of 150 hardcover journals by 2pm, which normally takes me two days. The secret was I had all my bookcloth pre-cut and my PVA glue was the perfect temperature from the start. No cracked spines, no misaligned covers, just smooth sailing. Has anyone else had a random day where your shop just cooperated?
