Threw $80 at a used mortar mixer on Craigslist and it paid off in one morning

Picked up an old Multiquip from a guy in Wichita Falls. He said it ran fine but needed a carb cleaning. Took me an hour to get it going but then I mixed 12 batches for a retaining wall job by lunch. Hand mixing that would have wrecked me. Anyone else buy cheap used gear and get lucky?
