That stat about ketchup packets blew my mind

Read a USDA report that said Americans throw away $165 million worth of condiment packets every year. Restaurants buy them in bulk and we just toss the extras. I grab a handful now when I get fast food. Anyone else hoarding these or am I just cheap?

Nah, I'm kind of the opposite. I get why people grab a handful, but to me it's just more clutter in the drawer. I'd rather just use what I need and move on, you know?

Got a small container from the dollar store and put it in the drawer for all the random bags and ties. It keeps the clutter from taking over but still lets me grab a couple when I need them. Took me a minute to remember to use it, but now it's just habit. Saves me from the pile of loose bags everywhere. Have you tried any kind of organizer like that?
