Finally filled a whole notebook, which felt big until I saw my first one from 2018.
Looking back at those shaky lines and smudged ink (I used a basic ballpoint, you know, the kind from the bank) showed me how much my daily logging has quietly grown from a frantic to-do list into something that actually helps me breathe.
