I read a study that said most people quit bullet journaling after three months

I found this in a research paper from a university in Oregon. They tracked over 200 people who started a new journal system. The study said 68% of them stopped using it within 90 days. That really got me thinking. I've been at it for about two years now, but I remember that three-month mark being tough. You're past the new, fun part and into the real work of keeping it up. It made me look back at my own old journals. Sure enough, my entries from April of that first year are pretty spotty. What do you think makes or breaks that early habit? Is it the setup, or just life getting in the way?

Honestly, I heard it's when the pretty spreads stop being fun and it feels like homework.

That's just how hobbies die, honestly.
