Honestly, wait, THREE months?! That's insane. @david739, I get what you're saying about them trying to spare your feelings, but that's just cruel, not kind. I'd want someone to tell me the first day, not let me sand backwards for a quarter of a year. Tbh, I think you're way more patient than me, I'd be furious at the whole shop. Ngl, you've got a better attitude about this than I ever would.

Bet @david739 a coffee that he'd still be sanding if they didn't tell him. Three months is wild though, I'd lose my mind long before that.
